Below are our policies for the Studio. In regards to appointment and cancellation policies please see your stylist's own policies for bookings.
ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Due to the size of our studio and the desire to create the best environment possible for our clients and team we ask that you attend your appointment alone. We cannot have guests of guests on the salon floor as we simply do not have the space for this. Management will give verbal reminders in-person if this policy is violated and ask extra guest's to wait outside in the car etc. If any guests have special needs one adult may accompany them to their appointment, please make your stylist/the studio aware of this ahead of your appointment so we can cater for extra space.
CHILD POLICY
Children are only welcome into the Studio if they have an appointment. Although the majority of children are incredibly well behaved, our aim is to provide a safe and relaxing experience and environment for our guests and team. Since we are a smaller team, working from a smaller space we are keen to reduce the amount of people in the salon at one time, especially on the salon floor. Children are only welcome if they have a reservation. Management will give verbal reminders in-person if this policy is violated.
PARKING
We are pleased to let you know that we have lots of free parking available to you at the Studio. Please park considerately as parking is shared by all businesses in the area. Thank you in advance.
SERVICES & BOOKINGS
Hair services, payments, questions, concerns and adjustments are between you and your stylist directly. We are a self employed studio and all stylists are independent contractors running their own independent business within our premises. They simply rent a chair and operate their own business and policies. If you have a question about your hair please contact your stylist directly.
STYLIST BOOKINGS/NO-SHOW'S
Please be mindful of your stylists booking and no-show policies. You can ask your stylist directly to view their policies if required. If the policies are not clearly listed, please ask directly for more information before making a booking.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, or if a product seems to be broken or damaged please contact the studio directly. We cannot issue refunds on open products. If your product is unopened we are happy to issue a return or replacement within 21 days of purchase. If the replacement is priced higher, it is the buyer's responsibility to make up the difference.
DOGS/ANIMALS
Dogs are not welcome in the studio unless there is permission from management. We love dogs but cannot allow dogs in the studio due to the consideration of other clients. Special need dogs will be allowed to accompany guests during their visit only.
